Orson is the main antagonist of The Ice Age Adventures of Buck Wild. He's a very talking dwarf Triceratop with an anomalonyc big brain that was bullied as a child by mammals and now wants to destroy them and ruling the Lost World. He's one of Buck's sworn enemies.
He's voiced by Utkarsh Ambdukar.
